Wednesday, August 27 (cont.)

I just liked the way this one came out. It looks like a study of the same bird in different parts of flight.


These were on our way back toward the coast. We were heading back to see if we could spot any whales.




Sure enough, we came across a southern right whale blowing and spouting, and got to watch it for 15 or 20 minutes. Very cool. I also have a video of it that I'll try to upload soon.


This is the cage that we were going to climb into with the sharks this morning. Maybe next time!


I'm not sure what the hole in the side of the hill is - maybe they were quarrying rock out of it, or planning to build something in it.
